what are the prerequisites to learn using crystal reports with BO XI

I've worked only with webi and Desktop intelligence reports. I want to learn crystal reports too. can anyone suggest me how to start with it...Thank you

I would suggest taking a public class from a Education Partner, it gives you the chance to practice with Crystal reports in an environment that is set up for learning. Their materials after hefty and worth their weight in gold. I would not suggest their online courses however.

You can get some way using the 'wizards' and then gradually learning how to do it yourself. Do some experimental reports.
