What are the disadvantages of MS W2K DFS

I've advantages erverywhere but I cannot find some disadvantages of DFS. Can somebody tell me about these?

I ran into an issue when the browser service went flakey on us. Also going to \\domain\dfs from another forest can be a problem.. other than that it's pretty cool.
