what are the database properties and what do they do?

I need to know what the properties are that are used for the database in delphi 5. I also need to know what they stand for.

Check out faq102-1212 in the FAQ forum.

Another thing drop a TDatabase on a form, being up de object inspector, select one of the properties, press F1 to bring up the associated help item
