What are the benefits of remote agent?

Hi jaksen121,
If you are backing up a remote server with an option such as Exchange or SQL you require the remote agent.
If you have Windows 2000 remote server, you need it to backup the system state.
The remote agent should also increase performance.
If you installed the Online Documentation, The manual will appear on the help menu, otherwise the PDF should be on the CD (docs folder)
The latest version is 8.6 build 3878. Look for patches/updates at
