Hi,

I have an Avaya Definity G3siV12 PBX and am looking at getting an IVR. What are my other options besides an Avaya IR?

Thanks,

look at atek, they are what wal-mart uses for their pharmacies, and they work good, the Wal-mart idiots just don't know how to program them right.

We use Periphonics, at the Washington State Unemployment Office. Works great, supports great.

Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center® (CIC) offers a very good IVR. CIC’s interactive voice response component lets you offer self-service options while customers are waiting in queue.

It's used by numerous small and large sized businesses in North America
