What are RAD Tools for ASP.NET ?

Hi,
I'm planning to move from asp to .net and I've heard that besides MS VS.NET there is a new RAD tool - CodeCharge Studio.
It sounds like CodeCharge Studio is pretty good for web projects (they say that it is very fast, flexible and does almost everything for you in ASP, .NET or other techs like PHP or CFM)
Any suggestions what to buy?
Is there anything else on the market?

I suggest you download webMatrix first. It's free from MS and it's a pretty good WYSWYG tool.
