I haven't worked with Outlook a lot and its object model isn't much like the common ones. Work and Excel both expose a visible and caption property which I use quite a bit to help keep track of automation processing.

What properties are available in Outlook to accomplish the same type of thing?

Thanks for any help and/or suggestions you can give me!

Have a great day!

Hi,

I cannot answer your questin directly. But what I would do is go into the VB editor in Outlook and open the object browser and hunt.

Then I would make a Sub shell and step into it and open the Watch Window and add some of the objects I was interested in and look at the properties.

Of course there's Help and kb

:)

Thanks for the encouragement Skip! I've found out a lot of things by doing just that but this one is a little bit close on time.
