WHAT ARE ITEMS IN MSCONFIG 1

When looking in MSCONFIG - Start, how can you tell what some of the items are? For example there is one QD FastAndSafe. Tweak is also in there but in this case I do know what it is refering to. The reason why I would like to know what is in there, is so I can un-tick those that are not wanted in the boot-up.
