Any one knows about IDN calls ? How do we configure IDN key?

I'm waiting for all help from you.

This is a little out of context for me so it is hard to tell exactly, but I believe that is a buzzword for Toshiba systems. I believe it stands for "Internal Directory Number" - or basically that phone's extension number. Typically the IDN key represents whatever extension you have assigned to that phone, and if you have one on the phone that should be the button that lights up when you make or receive a call. If it is a Toshiba system, you define the location of the button on the phone by assigning it to a keymap.

Hope this helps.
