What are a files and fields uses for the process invoces A/R Pfw 4.6?

The files are arhdr and arlin. If you want to review your DDf files try BtSearch at

http://www.nssdd.com.

It allows you to view your DDF files to review field names as well as the data. It may help you in writing your conversion.
