What are errors -36 and -48?

We are still using Quark 3.32 and I have encountered the above errors but don't really know what they are. The -36 happens when they are saving a Quark page and it says Error (-36) occurred while saving and the error (-48) says something about not being able to replace xqt and xqd so I'm guessing the user is trying to replace a template with a document?

-36 is an I/O error on a mac. I suggest rebuilding the desktop

These errors happen on a pc not a mac.
