What Are All the Components Of Task Scheduler

We have applied OS hardening Script on our Windows 2003 servers which resulted in Task Schedular being Disabled. We enabled the Taks Scheduler Service
But none of the Schedule task Run, We still get the logon failure in security logs
This has effected the live update schedule on our symantec antivirus server on which the Task Scheduler service is enabled and running

Please let me know how do i circumvent this issue. What are all the other componens of Task Scheduler that i need to look at .

as dependencie is only remote procedure call mentioned (RPC)

To add to what Lemon has indicated, if you have disabled a lot of your NetBIOS based services that RPC relies on then you will lose a lot of functionality. Do you happen to have the Server/Workstation services disabled by any chance?

I am stil not able to resolve the issue
