What am I missing? Called Party Name Display problem.

When Ext. 5721 (call her Jane Doe) calls anyone else, she sees the called party's name displayed. When she calls Ext. 5736 (call her Suzy Smith), she sees her own name (Jane Doe, instead of Suzy Smith).

Ext. 5721 is Key 1 on a contact center phone. She's logged out most of the time. CLS is set to CNDA and DNDA. Ext. 5736 and it's roll-over line 7736 appear as SCNs on Ext. 5721's keys 2 and 3. MARPs are correct. Phones are not forwarded.

I have been unable to figure out how to get Suzy's name to appear on Ext. 5721 when Jane dials Ext. 5736. TNB is below.

What am I missing?

What happens if you remove
key 02 SCN 5736 From 5721 and dial 5736?.

Will try nulling the key with the line appearance.

Took 5736 off and called party name displays as expected.
Replaced 7736 with 5736 on key 3 and the problem returns, she sees her own name.

At least we know it is something to do with "Blindspot" (Jane Doe's) phone. Have you tried swapping over keys 2 and 3?. I've noticed that key 3 starts of with a digit 7 for the same person. I'm guessing that it appears on the same destination phone?.

Yes, x5736 has rollover line 7736. The 7XXX range is not a DID block for us. Both appeared on 5721 as SCNs on keys 2 and 3.

As mentioned above, I moved 5736 to key 3 where 7736 was, leaving key 2 blank (on 5721).

Based on your suggestion, I now inserted 7736 into the key 2 position as an SCN and had her call 5736 again. Display still says Jane Doe when she calls Suzy Smith.

Did a stare-n-compare with Jane Does old, non-contact-center, TNB. Only differences were

My work around: I turned key 2 to a BFS key and made sure both phones were in the same pick up group (RNPG). This works for the user.
