i guess that makes sense bc the dch are still in EST mode?

unless your paying major bucks, both buildings can burn down and the noc will not notice.. the noc does not monitior alarm status on voice circuits without a special contract.. if you have an seb, rmat's will see yellow or red, anything that you see on your screen, not usually bad or no response conditions at a channel level.. both bellsouth and sprint offer that service as well as most vendors
