What Action is Needed on Alarm in Audix4.4

I monitor the PBX/ VM with Alarmtraq and I am getting a repeat of a MAJOR Alarm from the Audix 4.4. It is "INADS Event 4 count 30: Major Alarm - Voltages(s) outside range". I have searched high/low to get an explanation for this Alarm but the documentation does not expalin the ALARM or how to go about resolving it.

Can anyone shed light onto this for me?
