Not 100% but the TLB error I think is due to buffer error, on the Motherboard..

TLB Data Errors are related to buffering problems on the IPO, after these errors the IPO generally reboots.

There is a application that avaya uses to decodes these errors on a Per firmware version as all of the possable TLB errors are in Hex and require the application to decode.

There is no way you can decode without the application.

Most TLB data errors seem to be resolved in Private Build 2.0(1802)2 Firmware.
