WFWI Capture Crashes 1

Hi, we are capturing a number of applications using WFWI 3.5 Pro. As part of our practice, we reboot after the applications installs, but before we complete the capture (to let the run once entry complete, if anything exists there).
We've found that in some cases, the WFWI crashes just after we click the "finish" button to complete the capture. So, we cannot get a completed capture to edit & find problems in.
We've found that for some of these applications, by not rebooting, we do not get the crashes, but others we do. The Event log gives "the application , , has caused errors and has been shut down", so that's not much help either.
We've also tried 3.52 Pro with the same results (on W2K Pro SP2 w/s)

Instead of launching the app from the wise UI launch it from the command line or from explorer. As silly as it might sound I've found that when launching the app from wise it will sometimes cause apps to fail during install or at the first compile.

I have experienced this a few times myself. Quit the Setup Capture Wizard and launch WFWI again and go thru the Setup Capture Wizard again selecting "use the current capture..." and attempt another End Capture. I have had to repeat this process 4 or 5 times on a few occasions. But it eventually completed a clean End Capture.
