wfshell not starting automatically ??

Hi,
i have a server in test at the moment with Xpe FR2 SP2 and I am tetsing Office Xp, on same. For some reason when I logon to this server ONLY, wfshell does not start automatically, thus disabling Clipboard mapping...
Help please ?
