wfshell locking up server

i am running win2k sp2/citrix xp fr2 and have a problem where some users wfshell.exe will hog all the servers cpu- i can manually kill the process but then the user can not cut and paste between local and published app- thats not really a problem but of course the process will restart next time the user logs off and back on
any help much appreciated

If killing the functionality of local to citrix, clipboard mapping is no problem, i would strongly advise you to set the wfshell.exe on "No Access" on the citrix server. Simpel and efficient.
