wfshell.exe crashes at logon

We are running Citrix PS4 on a Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2 with all the latest patches. When administrators log into the machine, they get the message that the wfshell.exe has encountered a problem.

I have researched the problem and found the following articles, but none of them have helped solve it.

Only Admins get the message, but we are having a couple printing issues which I think are related to this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the error taking place when the admin logs in or just being displayed at that time. Errors the user receives will be displayed when the admin hits the desktop from users previously connected. Check the event log for the true time they happen.
