wfshell error in event log

I am getting lots of these messages in the event log:

Application popup: wfshell.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x02b17060" referenced memory at "0x2d41434d". The memory
could not be "read".

Anyone know what this means?

Do you have the latest hotfix applied?

We are running NT 4.0 TS SP6, Metaframe 1.8 SP3

The hotfix link you have given says it's for the French version of Metaframe. Has any installed this on to a English Metaframe?
