I can't seem to find much information about this on the internet, despite the fact that it seems like every Windows admin out there would experiance this if using WSUS.
After I approve updates to be installed via WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) the updates are installed on the client computers just fine, however after the machines reboot, WFP (Windows File Protection Service) notices the changed files and pops up a dialog box indicating that the newly updated files from my WSUS server have replaced core system files. It's annoying and very confusing for the end user. I've had calls all day about this... :-( Maybe, something to do with patch signatures? Any ideas? Thanks!
