I currently have a WFM 4.6 that is being upgraded to a 7.8. Since there is a new hardware specification, we purchased a new server where the new version is being installed to. How do you repoint the CMS RTA to the new server ip address or do i need avaya to do that for me and get changed an arm and a leg. is there another way around it?
