I am having a problem when logging into Citrix from home. When logging into Citrix I receive the message "wfica32 has caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll at 0167:BFF714AC. Have anyone ever seen this message before? Thanks

I found something, but it may not work.

wfica.exe crashing (eg. wfica32.exe Application Error) when
trying to install the ActiveX control.

This appears to occur when another Winframe client is already installed on the PC. The solution is to remove any other client if you want to use the ActiveX control. Any other type of the ICA client should work as long as it is supported by MetaFrame Version 1.8.

To remove the existing client you may have to do all or some of the following steps:
(a) There may be a program group such as 'Winframe Client' or
'CITRIX ICA CLient' which might have a sub-item to
'Remove WinFrame Client' or 'Remove ICA Client'.
This should be selected and the resulting processing
allowed to complete.
(b) There might ALSO be a program listed within the
'Add/Remove Programs' option within the Control Panel.
This should be selected and then click the 'Add/Remove'
button to remove the software.
(c) Search your harddrive(s) for any of the following files
and delete them if any of them are found:
wfica.ocx
wfica32.exe
npican.dll
It is also recommended that you re-start Windows after removal of
any existing Client before installing a new client.
