I am encountering the above error message when trying to access a published application on one user's windows 98se computer. We are using Windows 2000 server, with a mix of 2000 pro, xp pro and 98se computers. We use Nfuse 1.7 for accessing our citrix server from outside the office, and I was able to log the user in and navigate to the application.
The above computer was the home computer for this user and he brought it in for repair. I performed windows updates on this computer and now it is running IE explorer 6 sp1 [6.00.2800.1106 128bit cipher). This computer also has netscape navigator 4.73 on it, but I would think this has no bearing.
This problem occurred just after turning the machine and logging in to the network.
What is the cause of this? Have I got the right web client?
Any help would be appreciated!

I think I solved the problem. It appears that there was a mixture of dll files for the web client from version 7.0 and some version 6.x files. I reinstalled version 7.0 and I was able to get into the applications without a problem.
