WFCRUN32 Error when executing app

When trying to launch apps from an NFuse 1.7
site, one of my users gets a pop up box showing the Command Line Usage for WFCRUN32. Anyone run across this before?

So far we've tried reinstalling that ica client. Uninstalling, deleteing the direcotry, and then reinstalling the client. And making sure the file association for .ica is right in windows.

Any other ideas?
