WF stopped in a Evaluation Step

Hi,

i've a WF which is stopped in an Evaluation Step and i don't know how can i make it continue...

the evaluation step has 4 simple options, for example:
Disposition AAA -> Step A
Disposition BBB -> Step B
Disposition CCC -> Step C
Disposition DDD -> Step D

The user selected "AAA" but the WF stopped in the Evaluation Step.

This WF it's working OK for 4 ou 5 months and nothing has been changed.

In the WF Audit, the task it's assigned to "Unkownn".

Does, anyone knows how can i continue the WF?

I suggest you suspend the WF and look at the map as you should be able to edit that specific map instance to "correct" the Evaluate setp etc.

Hi greg,

i've already done that.
i've changed the other 3 ways to false, but it's still stopped.
