Can anyone tell me what 'wextract_cleanup0' is for and if I should keep it. Spysweeper alerted me to it and I am not sure what it is. Thanks in advance.

It sounds as if an SP2 installation did not complete. There are other suggestions, but this sounds like an uncompleted SP2 installation.
