We're converting from PIX520 to 5510. Advice? 1

We getting a brand new ASA 5510 next week. We have a PIX 520 with Version 6.3(3).

Will I be able to paste in the PIX 520 config and expect the 5510 to work the same? What caveats are there?

There is a PIX to ASA converter available on the Cisco site. The config on the ASA is different than the 500 series F/Ws. Even with the converter you still need to manually modify parts of the config.

Thank you, sir. Should of looked there first, but Tek-Tips' user interface and look is SOOOO much better than Cisco's....
