HI All - we have come across an issue where a particular user cannot view the 'Equipment Manager' under Cards even thought the window is already launched as you can see in Task Manager BUT it is not showing anywhere on the desktop.
He has access to a test company also and was able to view the 'Equipment Manager' window in that company BUT not on the specific company.
Have also checked 'Úser Security Access' settings and access is the exact same for the test company.
