wen using the base line grid text looks to close to the title

I am unsure when using the base line grid to dertermine setting of type. I normally use illustrator. I usualy centre text vertically between areas.

I am trying to learn indesign. i have base line grid setup . Im unsure whether to stay on the baseline grid. The text sentence which explains software skills. It seems to close to the title not close enough to adress line below normally i would cetrne this text between these two areas. i would be off the base line grid .

Why do you feel the email address on the right is too close but the "digital designer" on the left is not?

Baseline grids are intended to align columns of text. Does that apply here?

ive complete it differentway now its ok st ill on the baseline grid . its fine now i think
