Welcome Panel 1

I just a got my first BCM50 2.0 For some reason i can't seem to change the password at the Welcome Panel to move forward with my programming. Any ideas? I have used a Password1! with all requirements and it still wont let me past the welcome panel.

When it ask you to change your password, enter it once then
hit the "Tab" key. It will ask you to enter the passsword again. Then hit "tab" key again, it will work. It's just a
bit bizarre the way they did that..

i'm sorry i forgot to explain that step. I have entered the same password in the confirmation field and pressed ok. The bcm sits there and the welcome panel never changes.

Have you install the latest Bcm Element Manager?
I think that's your problem. On Bcm50 rel 2.0 you need the
latest element manager.
