Welcome announcement on Operator Group

I would like to play a welcome message for external calls to an operator groups and this since the first call and before the PO answers.

Does someone know if it is possible?

What I know is that the MD110 can play a Operator group queue message, but it will play it at the second call, and the first call won't get any message.

Recorded annoucements allows to play a welcome message, but the operator, the message, and the caller are put in connection.

The SW is BC11 sp12.


Any idea?
