I have an extra 5400 manual. I can scan the pages for you or send you the manual.

I just thought, maybe you have the manual and are trying to figure it out?
page 2-2 and 2-3 and 2-7
find the character hex code for the prefix you want on page 2-7
scan "add primary prefix"
scan the corresponding "two digits" for the hex code on the inside back cover of the manual and then scan the "save current prefix..." barcode at the bottom of the page.
Repeat for suffix.jim
