Symptoms:
1. with DOS or Notepad windows activated, as soon as you press Ctrl key, the opened windows is closed without prompt of saving change. It acts as Ctrl+W
2. It's even worse within activated Windows Explorer. Most of the time, it crashes the Windows shell though the shell itself recoverd afterwards.
3. Inside Internet Explorer it is just fine.
4. It even does the samething with external keyboard.
Called Dell support, said that it must be a software collision.
Anybody has an idea is welcomed to give a shout.
