Weird T-1 Incoming Calls Issue

Good Morning All,

Have a weird issue with inbound calling. Had a T-1 working on SW version 2.0. Settings were TIA 547A, PSTN, SF,AMI, Primary. Line setup as E&M, Pool A, Manual Answer Mode and wink start. Everything fine till I attempted 6.1 SW with new KSU, same T-1 config and now on inbound calls ring through on channel 13 each time. Outbound working fine. Something I'm missing after software conversion?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance..

If 13 was deprovisioned where then do the calls go?

Did you do an upgrade, or startup fresh with 6.1?

if you did a upgrade from mics 2.0 to 6.1 you prob should out the t1 and rebuild it also routing and ring groups will need to be checked also

bkrike,the 6.1 was fresh, KSU re-furbed.

Luv, 2 seperate KSU's..

Did not deprovision 13 sphoneman, will check that in the am..

I have found that upgrades with upgrade tool are more of a pain in the butt then just doing a system startup. It takes longer to due an upgrade then just to reprogram everything. ATleast that has been my experience.
