weird sys-mon error

ERR: TFTP Write:: Too many retries (from 10.70.15.252, 4221) file=nasystem


The thing is the 10.70.15.252 address is my CCC server. My reports seem to be wrong. Not sure why thought this might be an indicator that something is wrong.
