weird / strange e-mails

I am getting a lot of strange e-mails sometimes with very embarrasing subjects on a daily basis and it seems more and more people in the office are getting them, we use Outlook 2000 for our e-mail and we have McAfee ASAP as our virus protection. Is there any way to prevent getting this e-mails in the future, some people get really offended by it.

I would install some sort of spam filter on your email server, then setup rules/policies to block the incoming spam and unwanted mail.
