Weird SQL file part 2

On 9/7/05 I posted this:
I found a blank text file named SQL in
C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Local Settings\Temp
and I cannot delete it, even w/Killbox.
Is this file important? If not, how do I delete it?
Any help would be most appreciated.

A forum member suggested that I delete it in safe mode, which I did. I ran a full virus/spyware scan with : Symantec corporate ed, spybot, adaware, spysubtract, and hijack this. I found nothing.
Well, the file has returned. I can find no other indications of it except this undeletable blank text file. What application/program could possibly be causing this?
Any ideas? Any help would be most appreciated.

Try a program like "Handle" to see what process is using this file.
