Weird SIP messaging in PRI (Expansion Server v2 in SE)

Well. I have a rare problem with apparent no solution. I have a Server Edition (SE) and 2 sites and in one site I have an Expansion Server IP500v2. All works fine between sites and call progress normally.

In one site we have Avaya H.323 and Nortel Phones in SIP mode. I can create and registed the Avaya H.323 phones in Principal Server and in Expansion Server and work great (I have a PRI in this location).

The problem is with Nortel SIP phones. When I register the phones in Principal Server it works as usual. But when I create and register in Expasion Server I cannot make call to the public network. Reviewing the Monitor messages I see that the IP500 try to complete the call with SIP messaging!

So, when the user dial 9 + <Number> I have the SC 9N/Dial/N/ARS_Out and in ARS_Out <Number Pattern>/Dial/./10 (Group PRI trunk).

So to speak, the test extension is 2000, using a free description of Monitor Messages, in H.323:

User = 2000 Trunk 1 Chan 2 Number = 6554654633

In SIP

User = 2000 Trunk 1 Chan 2 Number = sip:6554654633@10.20.1.129

In short: when I register SIP phone in Expansion Server v2 (IP500v2) and trying to make outging calls take the PRI channel and send SIP messages, no dialing number in some way PRI can progress the call.
