Hi,

I have a problem. I'm writing a script which will interface with
Sendmail to send out confirmation emails to new registered members.

The problem is only emails ending with a few specific
domain names will receive the email. Hotmail receives
the email but not some other domains like yahoo.com.

Why is this happening? I suppose it should have nothing to do
with the script.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Joe

Yahoo is well known for rejecting mail that is on blacklists or when they cannot confirm your HELO identity with a reverse DNS lookup.

The latter is fairly common, in fact- lots of mail servers are configured to reject mail from sites they can't lookup.
