weird problem with citrix client

I have an issue with one user where the citrix application will just lock up on her. It's like the screen will cut in half and she can't hit alt conrtol delete or nothing.

She has a Dell Dimension L866R PIII, Win 98, 128 mb.

The pc has to be rebooted when this happens. I don't think it's resources since she only had the e-mail up and the citrix client.

I deleted her profile off the server and then logged back in to see if that helped but it happened again today.

Any suggestions? We are on version 1.8 with service pack 6 on server, NT 4.

Could be to do with the PC config, or other apps that she uses on the PC.

Well, I'm not sure. The person states the problem only started after they went on Citrix. I just purchased an addidtional 256 dimm for this pc. Hopefully that will help.

It seems like when I have problems like this, the people do not really tell me what all programs are running. The usually say, oh 2 windows. Usually they fail to mention a cd was playing too.

You might want to check the ICA client version that she has installed. Make sure it is the latest version supported on Metaframe 1.8
