Weird problem when printing 2 copies in excel

Hi everybody,

I have a user here with a weird problem. When she prints 2 copies of the same document from excel (or word), the second copy appears with black rectangles on it. this only happens when she's printing 2 copies, if it's more than 2 it's ok. It's not a huge problem but still im very curious to know why this is happening...

if anybody has any ideas, it would be greatly apreciated.

Does this problem only happen with documents when they are printed from her PC? If so it is probably a print driver issue.
