Weird Problem - Reports not printing

I have Macola 7.5.103f and when under OE->Reports and they select a report such as 'Backorders/All Items' and click the print button, NOTHING happens. The screen disappears but there is no screen that appears where it shows it's running through the items, etc. Nothing shows on the screen. Other reports work outside of the OE.

Can anyone give any advice? This just started on Friday. Nothing was added or done to the server. The one user mentioned she did this 4 or 5 times before it actually did some work and show the report. However now she can't get anything to happen. This is happening on all clients.

One more thing I found out. If a user is in report, such as under OE -> Reports, when another user tries to run a report under OE this is when it happens.

Is this a cobol report or an ICR? There are a couple of known issues with ICRs, you need to download the fix from the Exact website.

I have seen this & reported same to macola, but they claim they cannot replicate. If someone has an open order report sitting on their screen, other users are not able to print other OE reports. This has been true since at least 103d & I have seen it a sites that also have Peak BestOE. I'm not sure if it is a vanilla macola problem or Peak.
