We have an S8300 (LSP), CM 2.2 that is hanging off of an S8500. There are two G700's (all gateways and cards are running the lastest firmware). When a call comes in to the PRI on one of the g700's it will ring, then forward over to one of the voicemail ports on the other g700 (on an analog card- Intuity LX, mode code integration). The call will be answered by the voicemail and then drop (it also happens on station to station calling when one IP Phone uses resources in one module and calls another IP Phone that is using resources in the other g700)..
We tested the PRI, the voicemail ports, the VOIP resources, IP Routes, ect..it looks like the call will only disconnect if it comes in to the PRI in one g700 and has to be sent to the other g700.
Tech Support is not helping on this one..Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...
