I have a weird problem that I cant figure out the solution for:
We have a user that is opening up a powerplay report. When she double clicks on the report icon, it opens up fine. If she chooses to open the report and 'prompt for cube' however, she selects the cube, and gets an error message saying "Failed to open document".
Now for the weird part...the above scenario is trying to open the report on the user's own machine. If another user with the same Access Manager access tries to prompt for the cube to open using the same report, it works no problems. Even weirder still...When the user logs onto someone elses PC as themself (this is after restarting so the cognos common logon is cleared off the machine), it also works without a problem.
Any ideas out there, this is driving me nuts!!
