Weird OWA Problem

I am curretly running an EX2003 server on Win2k3, all of my users only use OWA. The problem is i have a user that has an email message in thier inbox that they cannot delete. As soon as the user clicks on the message it instatlly asks them to reauthenticate. If you click on any other message in thier inbox it works great, and they are able to delte it or whatever they want to do with it. This problem is only happening with this user. Any help would be great.

See if exmerge can remove it from the mailbox.

This problem has now starting happening with multiple users, is there a particular cause for this?

I'm sure there is, but we have no way of knowing what it is given the information you've provided.

What do the logs say? What happens when you exmerge the message out?
