Weird one in Outlook 2000

One of my users has managed to make her options button under tools disappear! Does anybody have any idea how to find it?

Sorry, no idea why I asked which application - the title of your post is the give away - sorry! :~/

I have seen this before, but not in Outlook. I'll dig out what we did to resolve it - it may work for Outlook.

If you right mouse click on the menu bar and select Customize. Select the COMMANDS tab, select TOOLS and then scroll down the available menu options and see if OPTIONS is an available selection.

If yes, click on the TOOLS menu (on the Outlook application) to display the menu options and then click and drag the OPTIONS menu from the Customize window to the TOOLS menu and that should add it back.

Hopefully that will correct the issue.
