Weird issue?

I have an Office Connect Cable/DSL router
I have a 3com 3300 switch and a 3com 4500 poe switch.

I cannot get a link light when I plug the office connect router into the 4500. But it works fine in the 3300?

I've tried a lot of stuff, anyone have any ideas?

i figured it out, i had to configure the port for 100/full
