Weird issue when on another call 1

We got a call today from a company with a really strange problem. When this on lady is on the line and another call comes in, she will get a recorded announcement saying "shirley is calling". Nothing shows up on her display but she can hear it in her ear. Any ideas? I've never heard of this before. I'm not sure of the phone system yet.

Could it be a call comming through AA with the Voice Mail screening the call?

I'm not sure. I've never had any problem like this before. I'm lost!

Your not sure of the system. I know that the Norstar will not do that.

Well as far as I know it is a Norstar, that's why they contacted us.

Priority call it sounds like.
Check if it's enabled in capabilities

If its a recording, its the voicemail doing call screening.
